The problem is, most remodel contractors won’t respond for anything smaller than a major remodel. This leaves you wondering how you can get your project started, let alone finished.

THE PROCESS
Share your remodel plans with us via our inquiry form.
We will review your inquiry, and if the job fits within what we do, we will schedule a walkthrough.
Walkthroughs are $125, and go towards your final invoice when you hire us.
Post walkthrough, Caleb will send you an estimate for the job.
Upon acceptance of the estimate, you’ll pay a 20% retainer, and you will be added to our schedule.
Our techs will transform your room into the space you’re excited to be in.
THINGS TO NOTE
We are booking approximately 10 weeks out from retainer payment for all remodeling jobs.
Due to the volatility of the market, we are not currently estimating material costs. Costs will be shared on the final bill. We charge cost plus 25% markup.
You can purchase your own materials and provide them for us to install, please communicate with Caleb about your plan.
We request payment via ACH transfer. If you’d like to pay via credit card, we can arrange that with a 3% service fee added to the invoice.
